WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU CHARGE IN?

For a more convenient shopping experience, prices may be displayed in your local currency. However, all orders are processed and charged in USD at checkout.

I haven't received my order confirmation email

An order confirmation email is automatically sent once your purchase has been successfully placed.

If you cannot find it, please:

  • Check your Spam or Junk folder.
  • Confirm that the email address entered during checkout is correct.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement. Once your order has been processed or dispatched, we are unable to make any changes.

My order says delivered but I haven't received it

Check with neighbours, building reception, and all entry points. Contact your local post office or courier with your tracking number. If unresolved, contact us within 3 days of the marked delivery date.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Record an unboxing video upon receipt and contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We offer worldwide shipping from our warehouse in Vietnam.

How long will my order take to arrive?

VIETNAM ORDERS

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Most orders are dispatched on the next business day following purchase.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing before shipment.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with your tracking information within 1–3 business days.

How long do pre-order items take?

Our pre-order pieces are made especially for you.

Depending on the design and production requirements, manufacturing may take approximately 15–30 business days before shipment.

Once production is complete, you will receive a notification and your order will be dispatched accordingly.

Please note that production time and shipping time are separate.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

Depending on your country, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may be charged by local authorities when your parcel arrives.

As regulations vary by destination, we recommend reviewing your country's import policies before placing an order.

Orders refused due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for refunds.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided as a guide only. Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to customs procedures, incorrect shipping information, weather conditions, public holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I exchange my order? (Vietnam only)

We offer exchanges for customers within Vietnam under the following conditions.

Eligibility Requirements

  • An unboxing video must be recorded immediately upon receipt of the package, clearly showing the packaging and all items received.
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
  • All original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging must remain intact until the exchange process is completed.

Exchange Conditions

  • Items may be exchanged for products of equal or higher value.
  • If the replacement item is priced higher, the customer is responsible for paying the difference.
  • If the replacement item is priced lower, the remaining balance will not be refunded.
  • Shipping costs associated with the exchange are the customer's responsibility.
  • All exchange requests are subject to review and approval by ALEXIS THELABEL.

Please note that exchanges are not available for international orders.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are only available in the following situations:

  • The item received contains a manufacturing defect.
  • The item received is different from the item originally ordered.

Requirements

  • An unboxing video must be provided showing the package and all contents upon arrival.
  • Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
  • All original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging must remain attached and in original condition.
Do you accept returns for sizing issues? (International orders)

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds in the following circumstances:

  • An incorrect size was selected by the customer.
  • The item does not suit personal preferences or body shape.
  • The customer changes their mind after receiving the order.
